Register for Make-Up Exam

The make-up for Test 1 will be October 4th at 2 PM, for Test 2 it will be November 1st at 2 PM. The make-ups for Test 3 and the Final Exam will be December 12th at 8 PM. To register for the make-up exam, please complete the form below and hit submit. Note, you will not receive a confirmation E-mail, but you will receive an E-mail three days before the make-up exam with the location of the make-up exam.
