Submit this completed form to receive a permit to register for Psychology courses. Only graduate courses permitted through the Psychology Department are listed in the selection. Visit the OASIS Schedule of Classes for any course information required on this form.

Confirmation

  • The permit for does not register you for the courses.
  • You must still register in OASIS. Access OASIS by visiting MyUSF - My Resources. Registration and Schedule Planner instructions are on this webpage.
  • Permits allow the student to register for the course (if open). Permits do not register the student - it is the student's responsibility to register for desired courses after receiving the permit. A permit does not obligate the student to take the course.
  • Students WILL NOT be notified when the permit is processed. Students should use OASIS as their confirmation - the permit will appear on your OASIS account. Students WILL be notified if the permit is denied.
  • Permit requests will be processed within 2 working days.
  • Permits do not guarantee a seat in the course.
